Tonia has extensive training in kids yoga and anxiety & trauma informed yoga for kids. She works in primary schools for special needs and loves her job.
The classes are fun, interactive and well structured.
This one off class is $20
Term 4 kids yoga classes will be each Thursday from 4-5pm and are $150 for a term of 10 classes
