A slower more mindful yoga which allows space to be still and build a deeper connection to self on all layers of your being, physical, emotional, mental and energtic.
For those seeking time "out" from the busyness of life or wishing to take their yoga to a deeper level.
This is a luxurious 1 hour and 15 minute class and Belinda and Angie rotate to teach this Sunday morning class.
